Our rosé is vinified at low temperature with only a short contact with the skins of Sangiovese grapes. The result is a brilliant rosé with copper highlights that unfolds revealing notes of grapefruit and pink pepper. Its freshness fills the palate emphasizing mineral aromas and a dry and savory taste.
Ideal with shellfish first courses, white meat and fish second courses.
The recommended operating temperature is 8/10 °C.
In the '70s Walter Cantatore (Roman gallerist and significant personality for the artistic, literary and humanitarian scene) was hosted by our family in Monaciano and was so impressed by the beauty of this land that he left this beautiful dedication and the drawing of a ball in the guest book.
Almost 50 years later we thought that his touching words could faithfully and poetically represent Monaciano, so we made it a line of IGT wines and to each wine we have given the name of a date that is extremely significant for the history of our Estate and our family: the August 1, 1934 our estate has become part of the Chianti Classico consortium.
