The combination of our typically Tuscan varieties gives rise to an extremely well-balanced and complex oil that is a brilliant clear green with golden hues. On the nose and palate each of the cultivars can be perceived: the pleasantly bitter taste and basil notes of Leccino, the fruity flavour of Frantoio with its rosemary aromas, the pungent spicy and almond notes of Correggiolo and the herbaceous and artichoke scents of Moraiolo. A traditional product enhanced by its spontaneity, in fact our olive trees have not been subjected to any treatment or fertilization, in order to press a genuine and sincere oil, just like the land that has grown it.
