The complexity of this ruby red Chianti Classico with violet reflections can be perceived in the aromatic variety that storms the nose ranging from fruity to floral to spicy. Hints of blackberry and iris alternate with fresh balsamic aromas and pungent hints of cinnamon. The taste is the perfect balance between the hardness of Sangiovese and the softness of Merlot and a full-bodied, round structure with a prolonged persistence.
Ideal with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
The recommended service temperature is 16/18 °C.
