The recommended serving temperature is 16/18°C.
In the '70s Walter Cantatore (Roman gallerist and significant personality for the artistic, literary and humanitarian scene) was hosted by our family in Monaciano and was so impressed by the beauty of this land that he left this beautiful dedication and the drawing of a ball in the guest book.
Almost 50 years later we thought that his touching words could faithfully and poetically represent Monaciano, so we made it a line of IGT wines and to each wine we have given the name of a date that is extremely significant for the history of our Estate and our family: the October 2, 1934 our family made its first grape harvest.
