The personal data processed are as follows:

The processing is aimed at the correct and complete execution of the administrative requirements underlying the proper execution of the tourist-accommodation, agricultural and agritourism activities attributable to the owner. Specifically:

  • Fulfilling legal obligations related to the performance of tourist accommodation, agricultural and agro-tourism activities attributable to the owner;
  • For promotional and direct marketing purposes (newsletters, offers, etc.);
  • Fulfilling obligations in the areas of administration, taxation and accounting.

Personal data may be processed by means of both paper and computer files (including portable devices) and processed in a manner strictly necessary to meet the above purposes.

The company VILLA DI MONACIANO S.R.L. processes your personal data lawfully, as the processing:

Consequences of non-disclosure of personal data

With regard to personal data related to the fulfillment of obligations related to the performance of tourist-accommodation, agricultural and agro-tourism activities, failure to provide personal data prevents the fulfillment of the service itself.

Your personal data, subject to processing for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for 5 years, i.e., for as long as the company VILLA DI MONACIANO S.R.L. is subject to conservation obligations for fiscal or other purposes, provided for by law or regulations.

Disclosure of data

Without the need for your express consent (ex art. 24 lett. a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.a) to Judicial Authorities, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is compulsory by law for the fulfillment of the said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers. It should be noted that the data could also be communicated to the companies "SOCIETA' AGRICOLA MONACIANO S.R.L." and "BELVEDERE 2050 SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA - S.R.L.", as they belong to the same Network of Enterprises, established on 04.08.2016.

Data Profiling and Dissemination

Your personal data are not subject to dissemination or to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling. Your data will not be disseminated.

Rights of the data subject
