A fine and sophisticated wine with a clear but impenetrable ruby red colour. It envelops the nose with the varietal aromas typical of Sangiovese, notes of plum and violet combine with tertiary aromas of pepper and liquorice.
Ideal with red meats, game and mature cheeses.
The recommended service temperature is 16/18 °C.
