Poggio and Poggino
A short distance from the villa, on a hill overlooking the ancient Certosa of Pontignano, are the farmhouses Poggio and Poggino.
The complex, consisting of two houses and several outbuildings, has been restored, respecting the character and the original materials. In this area there is a swimming pool (7x15 meters) with changing rooms and hot showers, ping-pong table and children’s play area.
The Apartments
The apartments are of different sizes offering different housing solutions, all provided with services, kitchens and heating. Some apartments can be combined for larger groups.

Situated on two levels, on the ground floor: kitchen, living room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor there is a triple bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Poggio 4: 4 rooms - 4 persons.
Located on the ground floor, kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Poggio 5: 4 rooms - 5 persons.
Located on the first floor, comprising kitchen, living room, a bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub). Loft with single bed.
Poggio 6: 4 rooms - 4 persons.
Situated on two levels, on the ground floor kitchen and living room, on the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
