You are probably wondering why we are posting these egg based recipes at the begining of the blog.  We here at the agriturismo are fortunate because we have an abundance of organic products like vegetables and eggs.

What the heck happened with the weather?  Two days ago, beautiful sunny days here at the agriturismo of Monaciano, hot as all get out and then yesterday, boom, changes.  Temps dropped from 34°C to 15°C.  That is  a huge drop.  Dino, our gardener (interview with him coming soon) is all upset as this is not [...]

Wow, the Siena area is just having spectacular weather.  Sunny and hot but not humid so very doable.
